Vincent Gritzuk focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including mass torts, commercial disputes, and government investigations. He represents clients across many types of industries in high-stakes cases in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings throughout the United States. Vincent has experience in all stages of litigation from drafting complaints to drafting appellate briefs. His litigation experience includes fact development and investigations, offensive and defensive discovery, motions practice, and settlement negotiations. Vincent also advises clients on issues of regulatory compliance.

Vincent maintains an active pro bono practice in First Amendment litigation. He also represents clients in criminal appeals and veterans in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In addition, Vincent teaches students about the U.S. legal system as a mentor for the nonprofit organization Discovering Justice.
