Taylor Grode represents companies and individuals in a variety of government and internal investigations, complex civil litigation matters, and white collar defense cases.
She has served on multiple criminal and civil trial and arbitration teams and has stand up trial experience that includes conducting direct and cross-examinations of witnesses.
In addition to her trial work, Taylor has experience in all other aspects of litigation, including managing fact and expert discovery, preparing witnesses for testimony, taking and defending depositions, and drafting motions.
Taylor also has served as the lead associate on numerous internal investigations, including those involving allegations of executive-level employee misconduct, accounting fraud, and allegations relating to discrimination and hostile work environment. In addition, she defends individuals and companies in federal investigations and prosecutions involving fraud, public corruption, and market manipulation offenses, among others.
Taylor is active in the Firm's pro bono practice, previously serving as panel counsel in federal criminal cases, representing victims of human trafficking in criminal restitution proceedings, and securing asylum for domestic violence victims.
