Maxence Gagnardeau-Rehm focuses on public business law. He advises and assists French and international clients on all issues relating to public procurement contracts, occupation of public property, and regulation of economic activities and assists companies in structuring and conducting strategic projects, particularly in the energy, aviation, transportation, telecommunications, audiovisual, and chemical sectors.

In the area of public contracts, Maxence is involved in all stages of the contractual process, including assisting with competitive bidding procedures and project financing and helping to improve the performance and/or the termination of contracts.

In litigation matters, Maxence represents clients before administrative courts in annulment proceedings, contractual disputes, and compensation or environmental litigation.

Before joining Jones Day, Maxence practiced at a French law firm where he handled regulatory and competition law matters, particularly in the energy, telecommunications, and audiovisual sectors.
