Amy Fudenberg is a persuasive litigator who takes pride in tackling complex legal issues from all angles and understands the critical importance of identifying and prioritizing client business interests from the inception of a case to the conclusion.

Amy's legal career has been dedicated to employment law, and prior to joining Jones Day in 2021 she worked at a national labor and employment boutique. Amy's practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations. She represents clients across a wide range of industries and has experience in all phases of litigation, including appeal. Amy practices before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She also has substantial arbitration experience.

In addition to litigation, Amy engages in preventative advice and counseling. She assists management with day-to-day personnel issues such as hiring, termination, and accommodation requests. Amy also helps employers navigate emerging issues related to data privacy.

While attending law school, Amy wrote two articles that were selected for journal publication, and she was on the executive board for Tulane's 22nd Environmental Law & Policy Summit.
