Lulu Chua-Rubenfeld represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She has litigated a variety of issues, including constitutional issues, contractual disputes, trade secret and Lanham Act claims, product liability and toxic tort actions, bankruptcy proceedings, and challenges to administrative agency action. Lulu has experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions at the trial and appellate levels.
Before returning to Jones Day in 2025, Lulu clerked on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
