陳世杰律師主要執業領域為商務丶智慧財產權訴訟及仲裁，在加入眾達之前，陳律師在臺北地區擔任了近十年的地方法院法官，具有豐富之民丶刑事審判及強制執行實務經驗，並為司法院授證之第一位智慧財產權法專業法官。自2004年起陳律師領導眾達訴訟團隊處理各類型商務訴訟丶智慧財產權及仲裁案件。自2017年1月1日起，陳律師擔任眾達國際法律事務所臺北分所主持律師。
陳律師所處理過的指標性案件包括：代表國內知名上市石化公司處理臺灣司法史上金額最高（爭訟金額逾一億美元）之專利侵權訴訟案，並獲得重大勝利；也曾代表金額最高（爭訟金額逾五千萬美元）之營業秘密訴訟案件；代表國內知名金控公司丶上市半導體公司，分別進行國內少見之敵意併購相關訴訟；代表國內知名上市公司在標的金額逾兩億美元之仲裁程序及後續法院訴訟程序，取得國內仲裁史上矚目的重大勝利等。陳律師亦擅長處理違反公平交易法之訴訟與強制執行案件丶產品責任相關之訴訟及白領犯罪丶內線交易所引發之各類型民丶刑訴訟案件。
陳律師已持續多年參與臺灣美國商會智慧財產權保護及授權委員會相關活動，並於2005年10月起擔任該委員會之共同主席，積極協助美國商會年度白皮書之出版，並就相關智慧財產權丶貿易等議題，對政府部門提出重要建議。由於陳律師對於司法部門及相關事務之熟悉，因此成為美國商會會員公司和經濟部智慧財產局丶法務部及司法院的最佳溝通橋樑。陳律師亦歷任全國律師公會智慧財產權委員會之委員丶臺北律師公會商標專利權委員會主任委員，而積極參與專利法丶商標法丶公平交易法等智慧財產權相關法令之修正。
陳律師曾擔任臺北律師公會理監事外，亦積極參與並擔任各類工商團體之理監事及委員會召集人，包括臺灣玉山科技協會、台灣上市櫃公司協會及台灣產業控股協會。
由於陳律師在商務訴訟及智慧財產權議題的深入瞭解及相關訴訟的豐富經驗，陳律師多次被國際法律媒體評選為商務訴訟及智慧財產領域最值得推薦的專業律師之一。
同時，陳律師現為臺北律師公會會員及中華民國仲裁協會仲裁人，可說流利的英語丶國語及台語。
