Zack Beculheimer represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. He represents clients in all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, and motions practice.
Zack's recent experience includes representing clients in disputes related to the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Zack also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Zack served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings on the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
