Nick Aalberg represents clients in commercial litigation. He regularly litigates cases around the country arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and works on complex litigation matters. His experience includes drafting briefs and appellate briefs, oral argument, taking and defending depositions and expert depositions, and litigating as lead counsel through pretrial filings.

Nick maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing Minnesotans in criminal expungement proceedings and counseling asylum seekers through Jones Day's Border Project.

Prior to attending law school, Nick worked as a data scientist at the National Security Agency, liaison officer to the Central Intelligence Agency, and security information and event management (SIEM) engineer at another large law firm.
