Eamon Heaney focuses his practice on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent litigation in the computer software and hardware spaces. His experience includes drafting and revising license agreements, conducting factual and legal research, managing and conducting discovery, and general motion practice.
Eamon maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients seeking Domestic Violence Restraining Orders.
Prior to law school, Eamon was a computer engineer at Parsons Corporation, where he worked on a large data processing application for a government agency.
