Mark Davies practices in the arenas of real estate private equity and commercial real estate.

Mark primarily practices real estate private equity, with a focus on investment funds and joint ventures, covering a mix of UK, overseas, and cross-border transactions and vehicles.

Mark also has significant experience in corporate real estate, including large-scale developments, acquisitions, disposals, and financings, in each case relating to single-asset and portfolio transactions, alongside landlord and tenant work.

Acting for sponsors, investors, managers, and operating partners, Mark's early and ongoing experience with direct real estate deals lends an unusual breadth of insight into the structure and intent of private equity deals, and vice versa.

Mark also has developed a range of public law experience, especially in planning.
