Brooke Sutter serves clients in the health care and life sciences industries on a broad range of legal matters, including litigation, digital health and telehealth regulatory counseling, investigations, and compliance. She has experience representing hospital systems, digital health companies, and other health care entities in complex litigation, disputes with commercial insurers, managed care reimbursement matters, and civil RICO claims.
Brooke also assists with matters outside the health care space, including securities enforcement investigations, energy sector litigation, and general commercial disputes in federal and state courts.
Prior to attending law school, Brooke worked as a registered nurse in a designated Level I Trauma Center.
