Ella Rees advises leading financial institutions and private credit funds on a broad range of structured finance transactions, including structured products, derivatives, and securitizations.
Ella's experience spans SPV (special purpose vehicle) note programs, risk retention financings, repos, and back-leverage structures, as well as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) negotiations and equity derivatives financings.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Ella worked in the London and New York offices of a Magic Circle firm.
She also has a keen interest in pro bono matters with a particular focus on forced displacement initiatives.
