Jared Lockhart represents clients in complex international arbitrations, including investor-state and commercial arbitrations. Jared also advises clients in enforcement actions and other U.S. litigation in federal and state courts.
Jared's experience covers the full range of disputes, from pre-dispute counseling to final dispositions. Jared is currently representing a Canadian mining company in an investor-state arbitration against the Republic of Kazakhstan under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) rules.
In addition, Jared maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representing individuals seeking asylum and other relief in immigration proceedings.
