Danielle Luchetta represents corporations in complex litigation and government investigations. She has experience in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, consumer class actions, cybersecurity and data privacy, and government enforcement actions. Danielle has experience in all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and preparing for trial.
Danielle maintains an active pro bono practice. Through the Firm's Border Project, she has helped represent individuals seeking asylum following persecution in their home countries.
Prior to rejoining Jones Day in 2024, Danielle clerked for Judge Marilyn L. Huff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
