Isabelle Hutchinson represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as well as restrictive covenant disputes. She also has experience representing airlines in litigation matters involving the Railway Labor Act, the AIR21 Whistleblower Protection Program, and collective bargaining agreements.
Isabelle's experience spans all phases of litigation, including pre-lawsuit discovery, fact investigation, pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery, expert discovery, mediation, and appeals.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Isabelle served clerkships on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas with Judge Marcia Crone (Beaumont Division) and with Judge Amos Mazzant III (Sherman Division).
