Grace Gardner represents and advises employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including defending complex class and individual actions arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and state and local laws. Grace also has experience helping clients navigate internal investigations. In addition to her employment litigation practice, Grace has represented corporate clients in commercial litigation matters, including claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Grace maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients seeking asylum and other immigration protections. Her experience encompasses consultations with detained migrants, non-detained families facing expedited removal, and representation throughout the asylum application and hearing process. Prior to attending law school, Grace worked as a paralegal for the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) in Chicago, Illinois.
