Dane A. Caster

Dane Caster represents and advises employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. Dane's employment practice involves conducting sensitive workplace and compliance internal investigations, counseling employers on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance, and defending employers in complex class actions, whistleblower cases, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigations. His traditional labor practice includes collective bargaining, defending against unfair labor practice charges, and advising employers on labor and employment risks in business transactions.

Dane has worked with employers in the air transportation, commercial real estate, pharmaceuticals, health care, food services, gaming, private equity, artificial intelligence, and technology industries.

Dane also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has provided full-service traditional labor and employment counseling to nonprofit organizations.
