Anne-Héloïse Crisaniac advises lenders, sponsors, and borrowers on project finance and structured finance transactions in France and abroad. She is particularly involved in projects related to renewable energy and infrastructure development.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, she practiced banking and finance law at an international firm, where she advised on structured finance transactions.
