Riley Walters focuses his practice on high-stakes constitutional, regulatory, and political litigation and on providing strategic advice to clients navigating complex statutory and regulatory schemes. He has drafted briefs at the trial and appellate stages in federal and state courts.

Before joining Jones Day, Riley served as a law clerk to Judge Carl J. Nichols on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and to Judge James C. Ho on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
