Olivia Worthington represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters. She has assisted in a broad range of matters, including qui tam actions, contractual disputes, antitrust claims, and construction litigation.
Olivia is currently a member of a team defending AeroGrow International, its directors, and its majority stockholder and corporate affiliates in a stockholder class action arising from AeroGrow's acquisition by its majority stockholder. She was also part of a team that asserted, and ultimately favorably resolved, claims for breach of an asset purchase agreement on behalf of a leading indoor and hydroponic gardening company.
Olivia maintains an active pro bono practice. As part of Jones Day's Border Project, she was a member of a team that obtained dismissal of removal proceedings for two sisters seeking asylum. She is currently involved in Jones Day's initiative to combat human trafficking.
