Brooke Finnegan represents clients in complex commercial, mass tort, and products liability litigation. She has experience in all stages of litigation. Most recently, she was staffed on a multi-month trial and joined the Jones Day team of lawyers involved in the nationwide defense of products liability lawsuits brought against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.
Brooke's other recent experience includes being staffed on the pretrial and trial teams involved in the defense of a commercial sterilizer against personal injury claims related alleged ethylene oxide emissions. As part of these teams, Brooke drafted deposition and trial outlines, drafted various pretrial and trial motions, prepped multiple witnesses for trial testimony, and prepared various demonstratives during trial.
