Ben Salvatore represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. He has experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions at the trial and appellate levels, researching novel legal issues, evaluating claims, and coordinating offensive and defensive discovery.
Ben joined Jones Day in 2025 after clerking on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where he gained experience in a broad range of subject areas including administrative law, labor & employment, immigration, habeas, and constitutional claims under Section 1983. Before law school, Ben was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Burkina Faso in West Africa.
