Darby Peters represents clients in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. She has experience conducting fact investigation, performing legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions.

Darby maintains an active pro bono practice by which she has represented clients petitioning for habeas corpus relief.

Prior to attending law school, Darby was a special education teacher in a school district outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
