Rebecca Nocharli's practice covers a range of investigations and criminal and civil litigation matters. She has represented clients in matters involving breach of contract, the False Claims Act (FCA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), among others. Her experience includes conducting factual investigations, drafting motions, managing discovery, participating in trial preparation, and leading successful settlement negotiations.

Rebecca also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented individuals who are seeking asylum in United States immigration courts through Jones Day's Laredo Project and has handled matters through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
