Georg Nawroth is a German patent attorney and mechanical engineer. Georg has a broad scientific background and works on patent prosecution as well as litigation matters in various fields of technology involving automotive, renewable energy, engineering mechanics, fluid mechanics, engineering thermodynamics, mechanical and electrical engineering, computer-implemented inventions, telecommunications, and agriculture.

Georg conducted experimental research using various laser measurement methods while earning his mechanical engineering degrees at the KIT Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where his focus was on the investigation of combustion mechanisms and flows in homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) research engines using laser induced fluorescence. He also investigated secondary flow patterns at open channel flows using particle image velocimetry.

While earning his Ph.D. in design, production, and automotive engineering, Georg worked for five and a half years at the Fraunhofer Institute and the University of Stuttgart in the department of mobility and innovation systems. During this time, Georg worked with companies on advanced development techniques in the fields of general mechanical and plant engineering, agricultural machinery, textile technology, and automotive technology. Georg is author of several peer-reviewed scientific publications.
