Tamara Marinkovic Hines focuses on complex business litigation and internal investigations that go global, involve the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Department of Justice (DOJ), or involve parallel litigation. Her litigation experience ranges from federal securities fraud class actions and corporate governance litigation to state and local tax litigation and product liability matters. Her internal investigations work has included allegations of fraud, theft, kickbacks, and employee misconduct. She also has deep experience helping clients navigate the challenges of parallel litigation and government investigation proceedings while an internal investigation is ongoing.

Tamara has litigated matters in state and federal courts across the United States as individual claims, class claims, and as part of multidistrict litigation. Notably, Tamara served as national coordinating counsel in multijurisdictional litigation involving the online travel industry. Her diverse litigation clients have included internet businesses, retailers, and manufacturers such as Airlines Reporting Corporation, Bridgestone/Firestone, Electronic Data Systems, Expedia, Frito-Lay, Hotels.com, Hotwire, and Michaels Stores.

Tamara is a Dallas Bar Foundation Fellow and past chair of the Dallas Bar Association's Corporate Counsel Section. She serves on Southern Methodist University's 21st Century Council and is its immediate past chair. Tamara is also a member of the Dallas Symphony Association Board and previously served on the nonprofit education boards of Big Thought and AVANCE-Dallas. She is a graduate of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Dallas Program. In the international arena, Tamara was twice selected to The Council for the United States and Italy's Young Leaders Conference, and she is a Fellow of the British American Project.
