Philippe Marchiset focuses his practice on intellectual property law (copyright, trademark, patents, domain names, geographical indications, and designs) and assists clients in contentious and noncontentious matters. He obtained an intellectual property specialization certificate in 2024 from the Conseil National des Barreaux (French National Bar Council).

Philippe's litigation experience includes trademark, copyright, and unfair competition disputes before French and European (EUIPO and General Court) jurisdictions, notably in the fashion, clothing, and alcoholic beverages sectors. On the patent side, Philippe has been active in the defense of several infringement lawsuits, notably in the electricity metering field.

In addition, Philippe has experience in data protection and IT matters and in advertising regulations.
