Leah Murphy's practice focuses on data privacy, cybersecurity, and litigation. She advises clients on all aspects of data and cybersecurity compliance and has experience litigating claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Defense of Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Leah is also committed to pro bono work and has experience representing clients in immigration matters through Jones Day's Border Project and in partnership with Her Justice. Prior to rejoining Jones Day in 2024, Leah clerked for Justice Rachel Wainer Apter in the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
