Kathleen Morris focuses her practice on high-stakes complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, representing clients in matters involving commercial disputes and investigations.

Kathleen has experience helping financial institutions, corporations, and international organizations navigate complex civil disputes and alternative dispute resolution processes. She has experience with all aspects of discovery. Kathleen also has investigation experience related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.

Kathleen maintains an active pro bono practice, representing survivors of human trafficking and individuals seeking asylum in the United States.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Kathleen worked in the sanctions compliance space and helped organizations identify sanctions and cross-border illicit finance risks.
