Guillaume Monnier advises issuers and underwriters in debt and equity capital markets transactions as well as public M&A transactions. His experience includes initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, block trades, stand-alone issues, convertible and exchangeable bonds, liabilities management, and debt securities under euro medium-term note (EMTN) programmes. Furthermore, Guilllaume regularly advises companies listed in France on their periodic and ongoing disclosure requirements.
Since joining Jones Day in 2020, Guillaume has advised issuers and bank syndicates on capital market transactions involving Compagnie des Alpes, Carbios, EDAP TMS, Forsee Power, MedinCell, and OSE Immunotherapeutics (capital increases); Lhyfe, Forsee Power, Waga Energy, Spartoo, and Alchimie (IPOs); DEE Tech (SPAC/special purpose acquisition company); Voltalia (convertible bonds); Bigben Interactive (exchangeable bonds); and Bombardier and SC de l'Ermitage Saint Joseph (block trades) and presenting banks on public M&A transactions such as tender offers (Europcar).
Prior to joining Jones Day, Guillaume practiced at an international law firm in Paris.
