Ángel Magdaleno Vázquez cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en el sector inmobiliario, especialmente en las áreas de planificación urbana y el derecho público, áreas en las que centra su actividad, incluyendo también temas de contratación pública, infraestructura, procedimientos ambientales y administrativos, y litigios relacionados con la Administración Pública.

Antes de incorporarse a Jones Day, Ángel ejerció como abogado del área de inmobiliario de un prestigioso despacho de abogados local. Con anterioridad a esta etapa, Ángel actuó como asesor legal para la Comunidad de Madrid, en particular, en la Dirección General de Urbanismo, para Madrid capital y los municipios del área metropolitana. Asimismo, Ángel asesoró a Arpegio, S.A. (empresa pública perteneciente a la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid) en relación con operaciones estratégicas y estructurantes promovidas por la misma. Además colaboró en la redacción de las Bases del Plan Regional de la Estrategia Territorial de Madrid, que fue formulada por la Dirección General de Urbanismo y Ordenación del Territorio de la Comunidad de Madrid y aprobada por la Asamblea de Madrid el 5 de mayo de 1997. Posteriormente, actuó como abogado urbanista, vocal en juntas de compensación, y secretario en funciones del Ayuntamiento de Villaviciosa de Odón en Madrid.

Ángel ha impartido cursos sobre planificación urbana y el derecho público en diversas instituciones públicas y privadas.

Más recientemente, Ángel ha participado en operaciones destacadas en el mercado inmobiliario español, incluyendo la joint venture de CBRE Global Investors con Montepino para el desarrollo de una cartera de activos prime en localizaciones core en España, Greystar Real Estate Partners en sus inversiones en España.
