Michel Lehmann's practice focuses on German and international tax law. He assists and advises on national and international corporate tax issues, M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, as well as restructurings.

Michel joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2023. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day. Michel will be focusing on German and international tax law.

Before joining Jones Day, Michel gained experience working in several renowned international law firms in Frankfurt and in London.
