Mary-Rose Lin advises global investment banks on a broad range of financial markets transactions with a focus on over-the-counter derivatives and repackaging transactions.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Mary-Rose trained and worked in a Band 1 derivatives and structured products practice of a global UK law firm in London.
