Luther Lie is a New York qualified corporate finance lawyer. He advises U.S. and European private equity funds on cross-border fundraisings, M&A, and debt financings in the United States, Asia, and Europe.

Luther graduated from Harvard Law School, where he served as a research assistant on cross-border M&A and securities law and as a submissions editor for Harvard Business Law Review.

He is active in civic and community affairs. With Her Justice, he represented women and single mothers navigate uncontested divorces in the New York Family Court. At the height of the border crisis, he volunteered on the Firm's Border Project in Laredo and the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Luther regularly writes in peer-reviewed journals and newspapers, such as Canberra Law Review, East Asia Forum, and Springer on the rule of law, infrastructure funds, and governance issues.
