Ibrahim Ijaz is a corporate restructuring lawyer with experience representing clients in chapter 11 cases (including bankruptcy litigation, significant creditor representations, and in-court distressed transactions) and out-of-court restructurings. Before joining the Firm, he clerked for Judge Marvin Isgur on the Southern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court's complex case panel.

Ibrahim volunteers with Jones Day's initiative to combat human trafficking and helps organize the Start Anew Clinic in Houston, Texas, which supports survivors of trafficking and domestic violence. While in law school, Ibrahim was a student attorney in the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic. He interned for Judge Zuberi Bakari Williams of the District Court of Maryland, Montgomery County, through the American Bar Association's Judicial Intern Opportunity Program.
