Montserrat Hoover represents clients in complex civil litigation across a broad spectrum of disputes. She is experienced in conducting in-depth factual investigations, managing discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, and formulating effective litigation strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Montserrat is also dedicated to pro bono work, with a particular focus on advocating for survivors of human trafficking.
While in law school, Montserrat served as a student attorney with the Georgetown Juvenile Justice Clinic, where she represented indigent youth in proceedings before the D.C. Superior Court. She was also a legal intern in the Felony Trial Unit at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
