Cordelia Houck represents leading financial institutions in high-stakes complex commercial litigation matters.

Cordelia has experience representing financial institutions and corporate clients in breach of contract disputes, aiding and abetting litigation, class actions, and fraud claims. In addition, Cordelia has assisted with fact discovery, created deposition preparation materials, and drafted motions, civil complaints, and responses to third-party subpoenas.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Cordelia volunteered for two prison reform nonprofit organizations and taught inmates to read and write in a prison in Pennsylvania.
