Banks Griffin focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation. He has assisted with matters spanning multiple industries, including life sciences and manufacturing technology. Banks's litigation experience includes motion practice, discovery, and administrative filings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Banks leverages his practical engineering experience to the benefit of the Firm's clients. Prior to entering law school, Banks worked as an electrical controls and process engineer for six years, where he provided personalized engineering solutions to companies in a multitude of industries, including automotive, textiles, and food processing.
