Ryan Farrell advises sponsors, lenders, and government entities on the development, procurement, and financing of major energy and infrastructure projects across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

Ryan also has experience advising sponsors, lenders, and borrowers on a wide range of complex finance matters, including project and asset finance, mergers and acquisitions, and the financing of construction and energy projects. By bringing together his experience in finance and infrastructure, he is able to assist clients across many areas of energy-related services.
