Graham Foster's experience includes litigation in state and federal courts, arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and the Railway Labor Act (RLA), and other disputes involving federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Beyond litigation and other disputes work, Graham counsels clients on issues relating to government regulations and investigations, presidential executive orders, Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and other state and federal laws. Graham has particular experience advising clients regarding their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Graham maintains a robust pro bono practice, which includes providing labor and employment services to 501(c)(3) charitable organizations by conducting internal investigations and first-chairing employee discharge arbitrations. Graham has also served as court-appointed guardian ad litem to represent the interests of local children in a custody dispute before the D.C. Superior Court.
