Edwin Ewing advises leading banks, investment fund managers, and other financial institutions on a broad range of English and New York law-governed structured finance transactions, primarily in the derivatives and structured products space.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Edwin practiced in the London and New York offices of a leading Magic Circle firm.
