Stéphanie Davidson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, domestic and international.
Stéphanie represents clients and handles cases in a broad range of commercial and contractual disputes. Her experience ranges from complex contractual issues to torts and liability in the construction, real estate, banking, and commercial services fields. Stéphanie's practice as an arbitrator enriches her skills as counsel, and she is a member of the board of administration of CEPANI, the Belgian center for arbitration and mediation.
Stéphanie was a member of the French-speaking Brussels Bar Council from 2021 to 2024, where she served as secretary to the council from 2022 to 2024. In December 2024, she was appointed by the Belgian Senate as a member of the Superior Council for Justice, an independent authority active in the selection of judges and the control of the Belgian judiciary system. She is also a member of the Psycho-Social Well-being Committee at the French-speaking Brussels Bar and an ethics professor appointed by the Bar for training lawyers.
