Rachel Davidson advises public and private companies on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance. She helps multinational clients navigate the complexities of ESG regulations, including the European Union's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). Rachel also advises public and private companies on transactions and issues related to capital markets and corporate governance. She represents clients in debt and equity securities transactions and assists companies as they navigate securities regulations, disclosure obligations, and reporting requirements.
