Pranita Dhungana represents clients in patent prosecution and patent litigation. Her experience spans a wide range of technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, computer software, network systems, light emitting diodes (LEDs), and safety apparatus.
Pranita has drafted and prosecuted domestic and foreign patent applications. She has assisted clients with inter partes reviews (IPRs) before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Additionally, she has assisted clients with various patent-related matters in U.S. district courts.
Pranita actively participates in the Pro Se Pro Bono ADR Program in the Western District of Pennsylvania, helping pro se litigants navigate alternative dispute resolutions with correctional facilities.
