Marta Delgado centra su práctica en el Derecho de la Competencia y de la Propiedad Intelectual y es reconocida como abogada líder en el sector por clientes y directorios legales. Durante 20 años, ha asesorado a clientes extranjeros y nacionales en una amplia gama de industrias en todos los aspectos del derecho de la competencia, incluyendo la notificación de concentraciones, cárteles, abuso de posición dominante, acuerdos de distribución, licencias, ayudas de Estado y competencia desleal. Marta representa asimismo a clientes en asuntos relacionados con los derechos de autor, patentes y marcas, así como en cuestiones de derechos de variedades de plantas. Marta codirige la práctica de Derecho de la Competencia y dirige la práctica de Propiedad Intelectual en la oficina de Madrid.

Marta posee gran experiencia en casos de cártel y en concentraciones económicas. En los últimos años, ha representado a clientes como Celgene, Chevron, IBM, Orange, Procter & Gamble y Total.

Marta está reconocida en Chambers, Best Lawyers y The Legal 500 y ha sido elogiada por sus clientes por ser "una abogada fantástica que brinda una gran atención personal y resuelve todos nuestros asuntos con sentido común".

Marta es miembro del Comité Académico y del Consejo de Profesores del Máster en Derecho de la Unión Europea de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Marta es miembro del Comité de Diversidad, Inclusión y Desarrollo de Jones Day. Actualmente, Marta es vicepresidenta y secretaria de la junta de PWN Global, una asociación sin fines de lucro de mujeres profesionales que opera en 29 ciudades en todo el mundo. Ha contribuido en la publicación de varias obras y con frecuencia escribe y da conferencias sobre diversos temas legales. Es miembro de la Asociación Española de Defensa de la Competencia (AEDC) y de la Asociación Internacional para la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual (AIPPI).
