Elizabeth Dengler counsels clients on the tax aspects of a variety of complex transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructurings, and financings. Additionally, she advises clients on tax planning, structuring, and compliance. Her practice focuses on U.S. federal and international taxation.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Throughout her academic career, Elizabeth served as a graduate research assistant for highly regarded tax scholars at The Ohio State University and at Northwestern University.
