Victoire Courtenay represents multinational companies in complex commercial and investor-state arbitration and litigation matters.
Victoire represents multinational corporations in international arbitrations and represents Middle Eastern conglomerates in high-value commercial arbitrations seated in the region and abroad. She also advises investors in arbitrations against State entities in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa (MEA), and South America on bilateral investment treaty breaches. She has experience in arbitrations conducted under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules.
Victoire also represents multinational companies in complex commercial litigation, including fraud, shareholder rights, and enforcement. She has acted on matters in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts and the English Courts.
