Katrina Caseldine is a trial lawyer who represents clients in all phases of litigation and focuses her practice on the defense of high-exposure product liability, toxic tort, and complex commercial litigation that involve allegations of personal injury and wrongful death. She assists clients from the moment they face potential litigation and has experience conducting internal investigations, developing litigation strategies, defending clients in court, and providing counseling to minimize future litigation risk.

Katrina has represented clients in the tobacco, pharmaceutical, medical device, health care, aviation, energy, and consumer goods industries. Her experience covers all aspects of discovery and trial preparation in individual, class action, and multidistrict litigation, including coordinating strategy within joint defense groups. She also has been a member of more than two dozen trial teams in high-profile jury cases tried to verdict, including serving as second-chair trial counsel, highlighted by several defense verdicts and awards of nominal damages.

Katrina volunteers as a guest speaker for pretrial advocacy classes at Duke University Law School and is actively involved in community organizations, serving on the board of Endeavor Charter School and volunteering as a Mock Trial judge for local schools. She also dedicates significant time to pro bono matters focused on serving the Hispanic community.
