Christine Cheung focuses her practice on high-stakes complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, representing clients in matters involving business disputes and insurance coverage. Her litigation experience encompasses case management, offensive, and defensive discovery, including depositions and witness preparation, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals. Christine has also assisted with discovery actions brought under 28 U.S.C. 1782, entailing the drafting Section 1782 Applications, and briefing for related motions to compel compliance with subpoenas.

Christine maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting clients seeking asylum in the United States and survivors of human trafficking in obtaining vacatur of their record under California law, and representing criminal appeals. In addition, Christine is an active member of the Firm's Asian Lawyers Affinity Group and currently serves as a member of the board of governors for the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
