Antonio Canales representa a clientes globales en arbitrajes internacionales ante los principales tribunales de arbitraje, así como en litigios civiles y mercantiles ante los tribunales españoles a todos los niveles, incluido el Tribunal Supremo. Antonio asesora a clientes en litigios de construcción y energía (relacionados con contratos de construcción y grandes proyectos de ingeniería civil), reclamaciones por daños y perjuicios, proyectos energéticos, litigios comerciales, infracción de patentes y controversias financieras. Lidera la Práctica de Global Disputes en Madrid.

Antonio ha asesorado a empresas en una amplia gama de sectores, incluyendo energía, infraestructuras, servicios financieros, inmobiliario, manufacturero y telecomunicaciones. Entre sus compromisos más recientes se incluyen la representación de clientes, como miembros de un consorcio, en un procedimiento arbitral ante la CCI, como consecuencia de un conflicto derivado de la ejecución de obras civiles en Latinoamérica; y la representación de un cliente en un complejo caso transfronterizo derivado de un contrato de concesión para la construcción, explotación y mantenimiento de importantes obras de agua e infraestructuras en un país latinoamericano.

Antonio forma parte de un equipo de arbitraje reconocido por Global Arbitration Review como uno de los despachos líderes en arbitraje internacional en el GAR 30 y es reconocido en directorios jurídicos como The Legal 500 Powerlist 2023 (Arbitration, Iberia Region), Best Lawyers y The Legal 500, donde ha sido elogiado por sus clientes por su "Gran capacidad para entender el negocio y las operaciones de sus clientes".
